Homemade lemonade (juice of 2 lemons, juice of 1 orange. Slice both lemons and orange up after juicing and toss in a 1 quart container/pitcher and add water until full. Do not add any sugar or sweetener. Left sit in the fridge overnight. Very strong & tart, but so yummy).
Mango & plum smoothie (4 plums, peeled and quartered. 1/2 cup frozen mango. Very small handful of frozen raspberries. 1/2 packet of stevia in the raw. Homemade lemonade until magic bullet is full, or if using a big blender I’d say I used about a cup of homemade lemonade. Blend until smooth).
Pb&j oatmeal (1/3 cup of old fashioned oats, tbsp chia seeds, tbsp flax meal, small handful of frozen raspberries, tbsp of coconut oil, drizzle of agave nectar, enough unsweetened almond milk to cover oats. Microwave for 1 & 1/2 minutes. Add tbsp peanut butter after its been cooked).
